       Michelle is the Chief Executive Officer of the Utah Medical Association. She is going to be speaking to us about the upcoming legislative session and will focus on healthcare legislation that is of the most concern to medical practices.

    Please join us as an exhibitor at our annual Utah Medical Group Management Association conference to be held May 16-18, 2018 at The Zermatt Resort in Midway, Utah. At our conference in 2017 we had over 125 medical management professionals in attendance and as our reputation continues to grow we expect more participants this year. We have had exceptional involvement from our exhibitors in the past, and we appreciate your continued support of MGMA Utah.

    Hotel Reservations

    You will be able to make reservations by calling the Zermatt Resort Reservation Department at 1-866-937-6288. Please identify yourself with one or all of the below information to receive the group’s special rates:

    Please make your reservations as soon as you know the dates of your stay. The reservations specialists will be able to assist you through the reservations process. They can provide all the information for the different room types at the Zermatt Resort and the special rates available for your group. Please note that your special group rates are valid 3 days pre and post your above group dates.

    1 night deposit is due at booking, balance is due at check out. Any changes or cancellations to your booking must be made 14 days prior to your arrival date. Late arrivals, early departures, and no-shows are non-refundable. Please note that our check in time is at 4PM and check out time is at 11AM.

    Booth teardown may begin at the beginning of the second breakout session

         4:40pm – Vendor prize drawings with attendees!!

    6:30 - MGMA Utah Awards Banquet (tickets may be purchased ($50 per person) for this event)



    Other Sponsorship Opportunities

    The following additional Sponsorship opportunities will be offered first to our Platinum Sponsors, then to our Gold Sponsors, then to our Silver and Bronze. After our Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze sponsors have made their decisions the remaining opportunities will be open to all other Associate Members.

    Pre-Conference Workshop (1/2 Day - Wed. May 16)

    (Sponsors may attend for $85 per person. Lunch on your own but snacks provided at the break).

    Conference event - $2,000
     (Mix & Mingle, Awards Banquet)

    Registration bags – Place your logo on the bags (or other registration gift) that attendees receive upon registration. Bags are distributed to all attendees and are very useful as they tour the exhibit hall. (Sponsor will provide 150 bags by set deadline). **Registration bags for 2018 have already been provided.

    Registration bag extras – (lip balm, tissues, hand sanitizer, lotion etc.) Have your logo printed on any number of incidentals that attendees may need throughout the conference. Items go in registration bags provided to all attendees.

    Additional attendees meals: $30/person - Mix and Mingle, $25/person - breakfast/lunch (each) (2 included with each exhibitor fee); Awards Banquet $50/person.
